It streamlines certain processes, such as communicating directly with doctors’ offices, and was integrated with their website to allow clients to put in service requests directly through the VeniExpress website. The software also aids the company with quality assurance (QA) by helping them manage their equipment and detect when a phlebotomist in the field needs assistance.
